Description

We get it. Most Merino socks start great and go threadbare before the season is out. Ours benefit from a blend with recycled polyester that makes these socks durable as a steel frame. They are also fluffy slipper warm thanks to being twice as thick as our other socks. The toe features a flat seam for comfort in snug cycling shoes.

Features

• Transfer Merino fabric combines wool and recycled polyester for sustainable technical performance
• 18.5-micron fine Merino Wool Repreve® Recycled Polyester created from recycled plastic water bottles
• Double weight knit for extra warmth
• Anatomic arch compression for a performance fit
• Flat toe seam construction provides superior comfort over toes

Care

Wash with simple detergents without additives. Pick a gentle wash cycle. Close all zippers and hook and loop closures (“Velcro”). Tumble dry using a lower heat setting (fabric should not be hot to the touch). When in doubt (or to save energy) hang your clothing to dry. Do not use dryer sheets. Products with scents, softeners, etc. will inhibit performance of technical fabrics.

Great fit, comfortable socks, warm.

Fit and comfort is great like the Tall socks.
I use these mainly for cycling in my pi x-alp elevate shoes.
I love the extra padding as it helps keep the cold out from below when on my spd pedals.
They're merino wool and I bought them for a 2 months cycling trip thru Europe. I feel I can expect them to do a good job for me.
I would buy again.
