Embark on the seamless journey of personalization
At PEARL iZUMi Custom, we value not only the quality and comfort of our products, but also the transparency about the entire process from order to delivery. Therefore, below we would like to explain the different steps from when you contact us for your custom project to when we deliver your custom kit at your doorstep. All this because we believe that our service should be as high level as the final product itself.
Step 1
Complete our Custom request form at the bottom of this page.
Step 2
Get contacted by our Custom department to further discuss the project so we can provide you with a quote.
Step 3
Maximum 3 working days later you receive a quote. Once agreed with the quote, our Custom department asks your input for the design so our internal designers can start working on your state-of-the-art PEARL iZUMi Custom kit. Maximum 3 working days later, you receive a first proposal.
Step 4
At the same time our designers are working on your Custom design, we send you a sample kit so you can decide the perfect sizing for every item for each one of the riders. For the sample kit we ask a deposit of €250,00, which will be refunded once we receive it back.
Step 5
When the design, the quantities and the sizing are final, your order gets placed.
Step 6
4-6 weeks later, you receive your Custom PEARL iZUMi kit.
