Description

Arm warmers are likely the most essential cool weather cycling accessory, and for much of year you won’t leave home without them either on or in your pockets. Our latest warmers feature a new, softer Thermal fleece fabric with improved stretch, which makes both fit and comfort exceptional. But our PI Dry® technology is what really sets these warmers apart, offering permanent water-shedding performance for more warmth in damp conditions. A BioViz logo near the elbow adds reflectivity in low-light conditions.

• Anatomic left and right specific fit
• Plush wide elastic binding with silicone gripper for a stay-up fit
• BioViz® reflective elements for low-light visibility

56% recycled nylon, 30% polyester, 14% LYCRA® elastane,

Care

Wash with simple detergents without additives. Pick a gentle wash cycle. Close all zippers and hook and loop closures (“Velcro”). Tumble dry using a lower heat setting (fabric should not be hot to the touch). When in doubt (or to save energy) hang your clothing to dry. Do not use dryer sheets. Products with scents, softeners, etc. will inhibit performance of technical fabrics.

Replaced beloved older version, absolutely thrilled with the new

The thermal arm warmers I purchased 15-20 years ago had finally begun to show their age and I was on the lookout for a replacement pair. I absolutely loved them. I generate a lot of core heat when exercising so they gave me the ability in cooler/cold weather to layer extremely flexibly. Not just on the bike, but they were also an essential part of my hiking kit. Unsurprisingly, the design has been tweaked in the intervening years with main difference being the replacement of the fabric covered elastic band that holds them in place with a grippy silicone. Since I'd been out of the market for about two decades I learned about this change through online reviews and several were decidedly unhappy with the update. Admittedly, I almost didn't buy them because of the negative comments, but decided to do so, figuring I could always return them if they didn't work out. Long story, short--(I think) they're absolutely fantastic. For something I first bought on a bit of a whim that turned into, perhaps, my most important single piece of sport clothing, I had initially wished they hadn't messed with it, but now I'm thrilled they did. While I can't pull them down and off as easily when I have a layer over them, the new design ensures they stay put.
