Description

This shorter inseam version of our popular PRO Bib Short is crafted with long ride comfort at the top of the list. We paired our all new Levitate PRO Chamois with luxurious Italian PRO Transfer fabric to create a bib short that you will choose for your most important rides. Just seven carefully engineered panels are used to minimize seaming for a perfect contour to your body. Wide, laser-cut bib straps provide a barely-there, yet supportive fit. And raw edge hems create a smooth transition from short to skin for a sleek, high-performance look and feel, with a printed silicone gripper to hold it securely in place even during hard efforts.

Quality bib

Materials feel like quality and the fit is nice. Used it in a 5 hour ride, comfortable. Look forward to trying it on a longer ride.

Too tight and too much padding

I ride 200 miles a week. Easy stuff. For fun and for exercise. I’m in no hurry, but I do spend a lot of hours in the saddle, so the right chamois is obviously essential. My absolute favorite jacket/convertible to/vest is my Pi Quest Barrier Convertible Jacket. I love it! I use two at a time when the temperature requires a bit of insulation. Just perfect! But the Pro Bib Short - Short Inseam did not fit right (too tight) but maybe that was the Short Inseam. However, I did not like the padding in the chamois. Way too much for me. For comparison, I really love my ALE Cycling Master 2.0 bib shorts. The chamois is not too thick, unlike Pi’s too thick Pro line. And the near seamless Comfort Clean Cut fabric for mild muscular compression and high UV protection used by ALE Cycling is SUPER comfortable. Sorry. I love all my other Pearl iZumi stuff. The gloves. The mid layer zip-up sweater. Those Quest Barrier Jackets.
