Beschreibung

Der X-Alp Summit ist ein großartiger Schuh für ganztägige Mountainbike-Abenteuer. Der X-Alp Summit wurde von Grund auf neu entwickelt und profitiert von der Technologie unseres X-Elevate Vorzeige-Schuhs, einschließlich einer Nylon-Verbundsohle, die ein hervorragendes Gleichgewicht zwischen Treteffizient und Gehfähigkeit schaft, und einer griffigen Vibram ECOSTEP Gummi-Außensohle, die dir hilft, die schwierigsten Hike-a-Bike-Abschnitte zu bewältigen. Das L6 BOA® Fit System sorgt zusammen mit dem Klettverschluss im Zehenbereich für einen bequemen und sicheren Sitz. Das Obermaterial aus Kunstleder ist mit einer Vielzahl von Perforationen versehen, welche die Belüftung verbessern und deine Füße nach Bachdurchquerungen trocknen lassen. Mountainbiken kann harte Arbeit sein, weshalb wir die Zehenbox verstärkt haben, um Steinschläge abzuwehren.

Pflege

SCHUH-PFLEGE UND -INSTANDHALTUNG: Reinige Schlamm mit einem feuchten Schwamm und stopfe die Innenseite der Schuhe mit Papier aus, um Feuchtigkeit zu absorbieren und Form zu erhalten. Schuhe niemals in der Waschmaschine reinigen. Halte die Laufsohle sauber, indem du sie bei Bedarf mit einer weichen Bürste abschrubbst. Schuhe bei Raumtemperatur an der Luft trocknen lassen. Schuhe nicht neben einem Feuer, einem Heizkörper oder einer anderen Wärmequelle trocknen lassen. Schuhe nicht an heißen Tagen im Auto liegen lassen. Extreme, direkte Hitze kann dazu führen, dass die Materialien austrocknen oder reißen. Dadurch werden deine Schuhe beschädigt und die Garantie erlischt.

EU sizing is incorrectly translated

Shoes are perfekt to me, but EU sizing is incorrectly translated.

UK 9 is EU 42.5 - 43 and not 44 as written on box.

This leads to more retour-shippings, which means more CO2 pollution.

Great walkability, poor sizing

The shoe feels great for medium-width feet. Sole has the right amount of flex for gravel tours where you may need to unclip and walk while pushing your bike for a few hundred meters.

However, the sizing of the shoe is off by at least half a size. Bought the size I usually use for Shimano shoes and had issues with my big toe hitting the front.

Goo but larger and warm

Not as good as my ver old pair of trusty x-alp. The new ones are definitely a bit lager, which is actially of a good thing though, becase now a size 44 is actually a 44. But be careful if you expect them to a litte be on the smaller side as they used to be. They are also a little bit warmer a hot day as they only have very small ventilation holes, not a net/mesh.
I love the BOA for quickly take the off.

chaussure parfaitement adaptée à un programme vélo/ marche, mais fragile.

J'ai acheté ces chaussures dans la perspective d'une participation à une épreuve d'ultra distance cyclisme VTT. J'ai parcouru près de 1100 km sur des chemins et plus particulièrement des chemins de montagne.
Ces chaussures correspondent tout à fait à ce programme, à la fois aptes au cyclisme mais aussi à la marche. De surcroît ces chaussures sont confortables à porter.
Deux remarques :
- la chaussure étant souple par nature, il faut serrer au minimum les fixations, sous peine de difficultés à sortir le pied des pédales.
- la semelle des deux chaussures a fini par se fendre sur l'avant (au niveau de la pliure à la marche).
En résumé une chaussure parfaitement adaptée à un programme vélo/ marche, mais fragile à l'usage.

Great trail/enduro shoes

Great fitting shoes. BOA works really well along with front velcro, keep feet snug. I found them slightly small to size - I wear 43EU normally, bit found I needed the 44EU X-alp Summit.
Really comfy to walk around in for 'clippy' type shoes!

Passform für mich gut

Habe einen breiteren Vorderfuß welcher nicht oft in Schuhe passt. Pearl hat anscheinend einen breiteren Leisten welcher mir zugute kommt.
Längerfristige Erfahrung konnte ich noch nicht sammeln.
