Cuidado

Wash with simple detergents without additives. Pick a gentle wash cycle. Close all zippers and hook and loop closures (“Velcro”). Tumble dry using a lower heat setting (fabric should not be hot to the touch). When in doubt (or to save energy) hang your clothing to dry. Do not use dryer sheets. Products with scents, softeners, etc. will inhibit performance of technical fabrics.

Socks

have had multiple thicknesses of merino wool socks from PI - looking for goldilocks - not too thick not too thin - these have a slightly padded / thicker toe section and heel section - thicker than i wanted. So use them for other non-mtb shoes. Very plush. don't smell, good fit (size XL) for size 11 UK feet. Ideally I'd prefer if PI stated if they considered them thin, medium or thick to give them context or gave them a temperature rating or some means of rating the thickness - are these thick, too thick or just right ?

Great socks, very comfortable and tall enough.

Good quanlity. Have to adjust one sock on foot to get it to feel as comfortable as the other. The sizing guide could be improved as I think I would be better with a size up.
