My choice for spring and autumn riding

My choice for spring, summer and autumn riding. Medium thickness and hight.

Good Balaclava for winter riding

Good Balaclava for winter riding. It is thin enough to fit under the helmet. It replaces my cap and neck gaiter solution.

This gaiter is good for cold winter weather

This gaiter is good for cold winter weather. Slightly thicken than the usual neck gaiter from the spanish company.

Skin tight

Seems to be a bit smaller than usual size - very tight

Good for moderate winter days

Good for moderate winter days (above zero)
3rd pair I bought for my family and me, we like them. But the lobster version is better for cold days (around and below zero).

Five Stars

Excellent features, workmanship, and fit. Will buy again!

If you are looking for super lightweight, breathable, unpadded gloves with good grip, look no further.

Materials and craftsmanship look perfect, as

Materials and craftsmanship look perfect, as always with PEARL iZUMi products. The gloves fit good once on. But the cuffs are so tight, it makes entry and exit unusually difficult and uncomfortable. Hopefully the cuffs will stretch a bit over time.

Good product

I'm 183cm tall and 73kg. Size M fits me well without any loose sections around the knees or anywhere else, which is often the case with stiffer cold weather tights. They are warm enough for freezing temperatures even without something underneath, and wind-proof, but without feeling like you are sealed in a plastic bag. The pad is good as well. Overall I'm quite happy with them.

Super stiff soles and good fit

Super stiff and light with a good comfortable fit. The loose tongue combind with the floppy Boa strings make initial tiightening somewhat fiddly, as the strings often find themselves below the tounge or somehow out of place. I love the high end metal boa closures. They allow precise tightening and incremental loosening to dial in the desired tightness. Also, they are very easy to fully release, which differs from some lower end Boas on my old Pearl Izumi mtn shoes, which kill your fingers trying to pull them upwards to rleease. The shoe has so much ventilation that it makes a very good indoor training shoe, although that is a bit of a shame to use such an expensive shoe for that. That being said, the fancy carbon sole has no protection from stones or uneven pavement when walking, so I think you would quickly scrape up the underside if you use them outdoors and have to walk more than a few steps. Like shimano shoes, I ordered a size larger than my normal shoe size, and that seems like it was a good choice.

Very warm, but almost too thick for cycling

Bordering on too thick for cycling. They definitly are warm.... but they are also bulky like ski gloves, meaningthey prevent your brake levers from being pulled all the way when using only 1 or 2 fingers for braking. Also, when they get sweaty inside, and you pull them off, the lining has a tendency to turn inside out and that makes putting them on again very difficult. I also don't like the extended cuffs, which are too thick to go inside a jacket sleeve, and too small inside to go over a jacket sleeve. The cuffs also feature a useless hook and loop strap to tighten them down. It just makes the cuffs even bulkier without adding any functionality. I tried using these gloves for cross country skiing on a very cold day, and they sort of worked for that, but again were almost too bulky to fit into the hand straps of the poles. These are basically alpine ski gloves...

Love this jacket

Love this jacket. Perfect for Scottish winters. Warm, windproof, breathable, works well with base layer. Hi viz makes it safe

great

great piece

Warm and well made

Good feeling gloves. They do keep my hands (mostly) warm. I wear them with Merino liners. I am not a fan of the Velcro on the cuff which is almost impossible to use once you have one glove on. Would prefer a cuff which is easier to fit under a jacket cuff.

Replaced beloved older version, absolutely thrilled with the new

The thermal arm warmers I purchased 15-20 years ago had finally begun to show their age and I was on the lookout for a replacement pair. I absolutely loved them. I generate a lot of core heat when exercising so they gave me the ability in cooler/cold weather to layer extremely flexibly. Not just on the bike, but they were also an essential part of my hiking kit. Unsurprisingly, the design has been tweaked in the intervening years with main difference being the replacement of the fabric covered elastic band that holds them in place with a grippy silicone. Since I'd been out of the market for about two decades I learned about this change through online reviews and several were decidedly unhappy with the update. Admittedly, I almost didn't buy them because of the negative comments, but decided to do so, figuring I could always return them if they didn't work out. Long story, short--(I think) they're absolutely fantastic. For something I first bought on a bit of a whim that turned into, perhaps, my most important single piece of sport clothing, I had initially wished they hadn't messed with it, but now I'm thrilled they did. While I can't pull them down and off as easily when I have a layer over them, the new design ensures they stay put.

Great shoes for gravel and touring riding

Great shoes for gravel and touring riding especially for people with slightly wider foot on the front. Quite stiff so pedaling is very effective. Ventilation on good level.

Good!

Good! Used in xl as a mid-layer combined with a light xl jacket or another xxl quest thermal jersey it feels really warm.

SUPER COMODOS

Light, comfortable, warm, and sexy

This hooded jersey is a perfect blend of style, comfort, and tunable protection.

With a light baselayer, it is the perfect combo for 15 °C days.

With a merino baselayer, you can ride down 8°C-10°C.

Add a light jacket on top and feel no fear, no matter how cold it is outside.

I even use it for hanging out as a casual garment.

Peral Izumi is Pearl Izumi.

Always.

Schöne Schuhe, angenehm zu tragen

Passform ist sehr gut. Ich trage sonst Größe 45, war mir aber zu klein, musste zurück schicken, die 46 passt super.
